I miss my shipment - what to do?

When we ship your order, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation. This way you know that your package is already on its way to you. As we work with different parcel services, it is possible that a parcel will arrive earlier or a little later than stated. 

We ask you for a little patience, the package will be delivered to you shortly. If the delivery date originally stated has already been exceeded by more than 4 working days, we will be happy to check the whereabouts. In the time before we are in daily contact with the parcel services to remove obstacles.
